International Speleological meeting Risorgenze 2022

We invite the entire speleological community to the International Meeting Risorgenze 2022.  The theme of this project is: Stories of waters and men returned from the dark. The project will promote studies on the climate and the territory and the knowledge of the Marche hinterland with round tables, exhibitions, visits, excursions and tastings. : a conscious speleo-tourism distributed over time and widespread in the territory of the High Marche. The territory involved touches the internal Umbrian-Marche ridge from Urbino to the province of Ancona and Perugia.

This innovative and unique project will have as its main event the “International Speleology Meeting”, which will be held in Cagli from 7 to 11 December 2022.

The project was made possible thanks to the Montana Union of Catria and Nerone and a grant from the Marche Region..

Obviously, this will not be limited to just the international meeting, but many collateral activities will be organized over time and spread throughout the Visit AlteMarche territory.
